Please upload a clear, distinct image. It must be a minimum of 300 dpi for it to print clearly and detailed. It should be approximately 3" x 4" with little background interference. We cannot make a blurry image unblurry. Any questions, just ask us.
Please enter the name of the deceased as you would like it to appear.
Enter the saying or bible verse you would like on the back of the ornament. You will be notified if it is too large (too many words) for the product.
Enter the span of dates for the deceased life time or the date of death only. You can also use just years.

Cross Plaque, with Hardboard Sublimation White Gloss Oval Tile Insert (4.2" x 5.9"), ¾” Mahogany Stained Wood Base (7" x 11"), keyholed with .25” thick oval hardboard sublimation tile and 2-Sided tape for mounting to the cross base.

A great item for memorial pieces or for sublimating Bible verses.

I will design the center plaque for human or pet family using the image the purchaser sends us.  You will receive an image to "proof", then it will be produced within 5 (five) business days.
